Borrink Consulting Offers several levels of service, depending on the scope of the engagement, timeframe, and time commitment of our team members. Some moving companies may need us for a comprehensive overhaul of their consumer sales operation, others may choose from our monthly fractional CMO services, and yet others may just want our data services – provided weekly.

Two Day Intensive

Team members from Borrink Consulting will meet on-site at your location, for two days of meetings with ownership and key staff members. Topics to review include, but are not limited to:

2) Systems and marketing stack review, including recommendations on best-in-class solutions reducing cost and increasing data visibility.
3) Call handling review (both human and AI Agent roles)
4) Complete sales funnel analysis

8) Sales results and closing rates.

After the in-person visit, a complete strategy document will be provided customized entirely to your moving company’s challenges and opportunities.

Monthly Fractional CMO Services

Since 2013, Fractional CMO services have been extended to moving companies all across the US giving clients access to high level executives for a fraction of their full salaray cost. These services encompass a variety of key components, making their services highly desirable with little to no turn-over. An effective Fractional CMO engagement is comprised of the following:

1) Key interviews with ownership and management to understand current market challenges and future vision.
2) Completion of a 6 month project plan, outlining tasks, major projects, ownership on tasks and target due dates.
3) Establishment of regular reporting based on client need including weekly salesperson reports, unassigned leads, pending leads, recent lost move analysis, SEO ranking reports, call handling performance (answered/voicemail/lost) and up to 10 total custom reports.
4) Initiation of regular weekly or bi-weekly review calls
5) Introductions to other vendors and/or contributors to the moving business.
