Moving Company Web Design
At Borrink Consulting, we’ve designed dozens of websites in the moving industry, always using best-in-class techniques and design elements. Showing trucks and placing a phone number in the top right corner is no longer the only thing that will work. This is a hyper competitive field and your website needs to be designed to communicate your value proposition quickly, build trust with an ice-cold visitor, and be built to convert into a lead and next step.
Your website needs to be designed to communicate your value proposition,
build trust, and convert to a lead.
Include a section that is “In the News.” This would include links to recent news articles or community events, with content designed to increase trust, show validity, and check the box with the visitor that this is not a fly-by-night business.
Get video reviews of 2-3 customers and place them on your home page (1.5 minutes to 2 minutes each).
Integrate your call tracking partner (like CallRail) into Google Analytics, to see the phone calls that are generated by people visiting specific web pages.
Make sure the hero image is above the fold. Visitors focus much of their concentration here, 84% of views are above the fold. Use real people, people enjoying their service, faces are a plus, even real faces of your ownership or staff.
